Our Entire Family is So Happy and Grateful to Y-Axis

Well... Some do ordinary work & few do extraordinary work. Our Consultant Miss. Ramya Sree comes in the second category. We would like to thank Y-Axis for putting us with such a talented and very responsive consultant. Since this is the first time that my husband and I enrolling in a consultancy for Canadian PR we were so skeptical about the process in every phase that we went through with Y-Axis. But she gave us the confidence with her detailed explanation about every process, be it documentation or even getting a DD from a bank. she guided us like she is one in our family. Honestly, We are brimming with happy tears in our eyes for the wonderful service give by this wonderful person. To mention an incident: There was a day when we had to courier the documents to CIC but then it was already late, guess it was around 7.40pm. we knew her office was till 7pm. Unbelievably, we got a call from Ramya and she asked "Is everything ok Dev?.. Have you successfully couried it". She extended her time too and did ensure that we are not getting any doubts while couriering it,and if so, she would be there over the phone to help and get it sorted out. We were so touched by her service. Now we have come to the final phase of the Canada PR process because of her excellent guidance. Our entire family is so happy and grateful to her and Y-Axis. We are eagerly waiting for PR now :-) we would not say keep up the good work because person like Ramya would never let her clients down. Keep Rocking Ramya, God Bless You!
