I would like to provide my feedback on the overall process on my PR status to Australia. I must say that the entire staff at Y-Axis has always been very cooperative and patient in answering all my questions, many a times repeated ones. Sharmin was the first process consultant who guided me on the initial process on ACS, Roles and Responsibilities and she was always of great help.

She was always great in answering my queries. After she quit, Harika took over from Sharmin to take my PR process to closure and how glad I am to have worked with Harika as well. She has a got very detailed understanding of the entire PR process. She has been always helpful. I would like to Thank the entire Y Axis team to have helped me in getting a PR.
