My Overall Experience With Y-Axis is Good as of Now

Initially after taking their services, it was bit difficult as the process consultant assigned was unable to explain the requirements well. So had to request for replacement of process consultant after a month. The process is going smooth since then. My new consultant(P HIma bIndu) is very helpful and her understanding in terms of requirements and process is exactly what I was looking for. She has guided me well in writing RPL reports which is very essential document for my profile. She has good interpersonal and communication skills which allows to develop good relationship with the clients. I wish her all the very best for future endeavors.
