At this point, it will get converted to a 1-year Open Work Visa Post Study. This is for overseas students studying at Level 4-6 qualification and Level 7 Non-degree qualifications. Graduate Diploma graduates working towards registering with a trade or professional body will be offered an additional 1 year.

A 3-year Open Work Visa Post Study will be offered to overseas students studying at Degree level 7 or higher qualifications.

Overseas students studying at Level 8 qualifications will be required to be in a sector mentioned in the list of Long Term Skills Shortage.
