Google has secured the first position amongst the top overseas IT firms for international IT and engineering students. Students from the Business stream just can’t wait to work at Google. They were also joined by the students from IT and engineering streams who more than agreed to this.

 

149, 226 students across the globe pursuing Graduate degree were surveyed by the global advisory and research firm Universum. These students were from the 12 nations with the largest GDPs in lume - Germany, the US, France, Canada, China, the UK, India, Japan, Russia, Canada, Italy, and South Korea.

 

These students from IT and engineering streams were asked to choose for top overseas IT firms they would really like to work for.

 

The ranking of the most desirable overseas IT firms was then compiled by Universum. This was based on the number of students in IT and engineering streams who voted for a firm as their dream employer.

 

For the second year in a row, Google has secured the first position amongst the top overseas IT firms.

 

Here are the top five overseas IT firms for international IT and engineering students for 2017.

 

Rank 1: Google – It specializes in products related to the internet and is immensely popular for its core web search engine. Google is an IT firm based in California Mountain View, as quoted by the Gadgetsnow.

 

Rank 2: Microsoft – It basically specializes in developing and sales of PCs and computer software. Microsoft is based in Washington Redmond.

 

Rank 3: Apple – It is world renowned for its electronic devices for the consumer. Apple is based in California Cupertino.

 

Rank 4: International Business Machines Corporation – It was founded in 1911 and is based in New York Armonk. The firm is more popular worldwide as the IBM.

 

Rank 5: Siemens – It is a Germany-based industrial manufacturing. Siemens was founded in 1847.
